Bulgogi Burger

Back in 1999 in Seoul, bulgogi burger used to be my favorite thing to get at McDonalds. My mom only let us have Mcdonalds once in a while, and I still remember the dopamine rush in my 10 year old brain when I would bite into the juicy, sticky and sweet goodness of the bulgogi burger.

I actually forgot about it for a while, until this week, I realized it’s extremely delicious and easy to make at home. enjoy. Bulgogi burger

You simply mix a cup of minced onions, pound of ground beef, baking powder to help the browning, and then the same ingredients I used for my bulgogi video. Soysauce, sesame oil, garlic, black pepper. And honey. Mix it up and shape it into patties, and store them frozen if you’d like, and when the craving hits, cook each side, flipping every 2 minutes until it’s juicy and brown, melt some cheddar cheese on top, and enjoy.
