Ricotta Cheese

Ingredients (makes enough for just 1 toast)

  • 1 cup of milk,

  • 1 Tbsp of distilled vinegar.

  • And a pinch of salt.

  1. Mix everything

  2. Microwave 4 minutes

  3. use a cheese cloth, or kitchen towels, then drain the water from the cheese!

  4. don’t touch, let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes. 10 minutes gives you creamy ricotta, 15 minutes will give you a more solid texture.

  5. spread it over toast with honey, olive oil, and toasted nuts. (get creative!)

drain on a mesh with a cheese cloth or kitchen towel layer,

and then let it sit for 10-15 minutes. 10 minutes will give you creamy ricotta cheese, 15 minutes a more solid texture.
