Ingredients
1 Tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp soysauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 onion
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 orange bell pepper
Mini sausages (or any type!)
- On a cutting board, dice the onion and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces
- Cut the sausages into smaller pieces (if you're using mini sausages, you can cut them in half and make three slits at the bottom — they’ll look like octopi when they're cooked!)
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ketchup together for the sauce
- Drizzle some oil into a heated pan and add the veggies (onion and bell pepper) and a dash of salt
- Stir fry the veggies in the pan until they’re slightly wilted
- Add the sausages into the pan and stir fry them on high heat until they’ve browned
- Pour the sauce into the pan cooking everything on high heat (continuously stirring so nothing gets burnt)
- Once everything has been mixed together, dish out your serving, and enjoy!
