Sweet Potato Salad
Ingredients
- Korean sweet potato, baked 
- boiled egg 
- salt 
- mayo 
- minced carrots 
- dried parsly 
- toast bread with butter on a pan 
- in a bowl, mash baked (350 45min) or boiled sweet potato. 
- add tiny bit of salt, mayo, minced carrots, dried parsly, chopped boiled egg 
 mix, spread on toast. enjoy
bake 1 Korean sweet potato at 350F, for 45 minutes, or boil /steam 30 minutes, until you can easily stick a chopstick into it.
boil and egg, chop into small pieces
add tiny bit of salt, 1 -2 Tbsp of mayo
add minced carrots for a crunch
mash
mix
spread on toast, sprinkle dried parsley
