Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of Ramen noodles

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Chopped parsley

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 cup Whole milk

  • Bacon

  • 1 Tbsp Butter

  • Half an onion

1. Boil water on the side,

2. Chop onion and parsley

3. Cook pieces of bacon until slightly crispy, and fry and egg. Set aside.

4. In the same pot or pan with leftover bacon fat, add some olive oil and caramelize the onion.

5. Once the onions are cooked, add butter, parmesan cheese (save half of it for later), parsley, and milk and mix until it bubbles thick and smooth.

6. Add boiling water, about 1 cup

7. Add the ramen noodles (water should barely cover the noodles) and cook 4 minutes.

8. Add the bacon pieces, add some more parmesan cheese, and mix like crazy! So it doesn’t clump up. Add boiling water as needed to keep it creamy.

9. Season with salt and pepper to taste,

10. garnish with fried egg and parsley, more parm if needed. Enjoy!
